7 Tips To Enhance Romance On A Cruise

 It may be difficult to pinpoint, but there is something about being on a cruise that makes people feel more romantic and amorous. Perhaps it is the sultry sea air caressing you like a lover or the relaxed and peaceful serenity of the sea.
Whatever the reason, taking a cruise is the perfect getaway for couples. And if you're unattached, there's no better place than a romantic cruise to find your soul mate! Here's what you can do to ignite the passion on the high seas.
Romance On The High Seas
- Book a stateroom that has a private balcony or a terrace. You may have made love plenty of times indoors, but doing it outdoors under a canopy of stars will take your lovemaking to never before heights. If you cannot afford a grand stateroom, at least try and book one that includes a bathtub or whirlpool, so that you can create a passionate splash of your own!
- Order breakfast in bed at least one morning on the cruise and leave the socializing for other days. Do make sure you order some strawberries with extra whipped cream on the side. Getting some naughty nookie early in the morning is a perfect way to dance with the waves.
- Remember to carry your little nothings when you pack for the cruise. Also take along your favourite scents, oils, and even some romantic movies with you. After all, passion is about exciting all your senses and not just one!
- Cruise liners offer lovers plenty of ways in which they can make their partners feel more special. For instance, you can spend an evening at the karaoke lounge and serenade your lover with romantic songs. Or, you could while away the night dancing slow dances in your lover's arms. You could even ask the band to play 'your song' if you have one.
- A candle light dinner for two may not seem like something new or original, but nothing works as well as the tried and tested. You can have the dinner set up on your private balcony for complete privacy. If you don't have one, ask the maitre-d to reserve a table for you in a secluded area at the late seating when many people aren't around. Don't forget to order the best champagne you can afford!
- Go for a couple's massage, where you and your partner will be given soothing massages together. Not only will the rub down help to put you in a relaxed and pliant mood, but watching your partner get massaged will also get your pulse racing for more pleasurable activity to follow!
- And last but not the least; give your partner the greatest romantic memory ever by enacting your own love scene, Titanic style! Head to the mast of the cruise ship and stand with your partner near the edge of the ship (but never over the railing). Hold your arms out and feel the high winds embracing you. Hard not to feel like romantic leads in a movie, I tell you!
With so many options for lovers to enhance romance on a cruise liner, it is a wonder that cruise ships don't go by the name of 'Love Boats' yet!
