Do unhappy parents raise happy children? Amrita Rao Lucky Morani Asha Patel Amrita Rao, Actress
Despite the problems and concerns in living with parents that are not happy most children are able to forget the bad and imbibe the good memories.
One has to remember, vividly, all the little moments shared culminate. I think it is not possible to generalise and it would affect each child differently depending on their age and time in their lives. This could leave a negative impact. On a positive note parents should try and shower them will love and affection so they are able to have their children respect them not only as parents, but also as people.

Asha Patel, Socialite
I don't think children should see their parents fight. Thus, I feel one should never let your children see you fight. Keep your feelings of unhappiness to yourself. In front of your children you should try and project harmony and unity. Amit and I have always tried to keep Amisha and Ashmit grounded and clear despite the natural ups and downs one has in life, and we have never ever let them feel insecure at any level: emotionally, socially or financially and that is what is important in developing healthy children and balanced adults.

Lucky Morani, Entrepeneur / Housewife
It is important for a couple to be in harmony with each other at all times. They should not let their differences be displayed to the children. Generally, I think, it is common knowledge that happy parents raise happy and well-balanced children. So at all costs one should try to keep a brave front and be amicable to each other in any situation. This will avoid unpleasantness in the future.
