How would you keep the romance alive in a relationship?

How would you keep the romance alive in a relationship? Meenakshi Patel Sanjit Rane Sanober Kabir Meenakshi Patel, tutor :
You need to care and share. Even after being in a marriage or a relationship for years, you need to show that you still care as much for your husband as you used to. For instance, when he goes to work, serve him his favourite food for breakfast, or when he comes back, ask him how was his day at work and listen with utmost interest or on holidays make plans for just the two of you and do those things which you used to, when you were newly married. Other important aspect is to share... share your problems, share any funny incident that happened during the day and such things.

Sanober Kabir, Singer, dancer and actress :
To keep the romance alive, you need to re-invent yourself and the relationship. Go on romantic getaways, and do those little little things which you did initially, at the beginning of the relationship. Once in a while, you need to give that extra attention to your partner, make him feel that he or she still means the world to you.

Sanjit Rane, Multimedia programmer :
Introduce the element of surprise in your relationship. Every now and then plan something romantic for your girlfriend or wife. Take her for a romantic movie, or just plan a spontaneous trip. Make her feel special. From personal experience, I can recall this one incident when my girlfriend had only made a passing comment about how she misses playing with her Barbie doll after growing up, and the the next day I surprised her by decorating her room with 15 different types of Barbie dolls. She was elated and thought it was very romantic.
