In the last article, I described connecting through the heart chakra, the royal seat of love. This article is about taking those experiences deeper, so that you can begin to establish the soul connection.
To soul and back
When the soul begins to meet, it turns out to be the peak experience. Even though lovers try their best to come close to each other by way of physical union, such experience does not last for long. It leaves both of them dissatisfied, as they wanted more of that state. But bodies are mortal and they can only give you time bound ecstasy. Normally as the man ejaculates, this state is not only over, but also leaves a bit of sour taste. Especially men find themselves depleted of vital energy and this may also result in the guilt for sex. So, even though they had some moments of ecstasy, they are back to the square one, to the same state where they began from or even worse.

This is the state about which it is said that Love is Immortal, as experiencing your soul gets you in touch with that state of your own being, where you are immortals.

Now if you are really longing to get into such a state, here is a simple technique that is especially valuable for those couples, who are finding it difficult to relate because of various conditionings and coloured perceptions of each other. This technique will rejuvenate their souls and rekindle their love and passion.
Couple workouts: to prevent walkouts
Just before going to bed, sit across each other and cross hold your hands. In this state, left hand of one will hold the left hand of another and the right hand will hold the right hand of another. Keep looking into each others eyes for 10 minutes. You can blink in between, but keep looking into the eyes. You may find it uncomfortable in the beginning, as your fears and possession begin to take hold. But keep looking into each other's eyes lovingly. If your bodies may begin to move and shake, don't stop. Let it shake and move. But remember not to leave the hands. After 10 minutes, close your eyes and keep shaking and moving for 10 minutes while sitting. Now stand up and keep moving while holding hands for 10 minutes. Now you ready to enter the moments of ecstasy.
