Learn how to awaken your heart chakras

In various past articles, I have been discussing, how man and woman have become slaves to each other driven by lack of self esteem. While the man is forced into the slavery to the woman because of his constant stress and subsequent sexual compulsions as a result of his actions. The woman is forced into the slavery by man because of her insecurities and the consequent emotional dependence. So the love affair between them is like two slaves dealing with each other, expecting to receive each other's bounty as they feel lacuna from within. However, there is a possibility of dealing with each other like prince and princesses, if they are able to realise the abundance of love within themselves. This is the key to transforming pain and agony into love, bliss and freedom.
Finding courage to break free
In the world of love, the heart chakra is the royal seat. Once you are centred in the heart, you experience real love. Hence, as the heart chakra begins to awaken, your relationship begins to touch new heights and the whole world around you begins to transform. Here is a very simple way for lovers to awaken their heart chakra: Hug and relax into each other with your heart chakra joined. Now, many of you would say that you have already been doing that, but your heart has not yet begun to awaken. Hence, I would like to describe a few finer points about this experience.
Locate your heart chakra...
Remember to feel the place where the heart chakra is. It is almost in the middle of the chest for men and just below / in-between the breasts for women. Once you are together, you will feel the sensations, which could be in various forms such as throbbing, tinkling, pricking etc. You need to feel your own sensations and then feel your partner's sensations. Hug each other and let both of your heart chakras throb together. You may get into a beautiful, relaxing and sweet trance and you may have the initial taste of that mystery called love. You may experience the timeless moments and sometimes such a state may last for long. Hence, make sure that you lie down in comfortable posture. When you come out of this trance, your heart may be jumping and you will be diving in the ocean of ecstasy.
Chakras bring trust!
Ah! Isn't this so simple? When the love affair begins, we get into such experiences quite easily. This is why the love promises so much in the beginning. But as the lovers begin to possess each other and take them for granted, such simple experience gets lost and we lose touch with love. Why? Because man and woman again fall to their old ways of being, as the other is now available (There will be more on this phenomenon in later articles). As "man" takes his lover for granted, he is no more present in those moments of hugging each other. His sexual instinct has already taken over and he wants to quickly jump to intercourse and get finished with it quickly. The woman falls to her old habit of feeling secure in the arms of their man, and hence, she resists the sexual moves. The man's energy is moving on the sex chakra and the woman's energy at solar plexus (near the ovary). Now they are in two different worlds and their expectations differ. Such a state is bound to result into conflicts, which can create mistrust and agony in the relationship.
Heart chakras ignite adventures
However, if they move to the higher world of heart chakras, both will enjoy such experience with total immensity. While the energy is centered at the heart chakra, the love making will be an ecstatic experience and will take both of them to a different world. It is such a world where man is no more the slave of his desires, as he is in touch with the divine form of energy and begins to melt in its ecstasy. The woman is also out of her own world of insecurities as she begins to enjoy such mystical adventures. Both stop being the slaves to each other and continue on their flight to that unknown world of mystery somewhere where charisma begins. This is where the soul truly begins to mate.
