Graphology: Ink Is Never Innocent

 Handwriting displays us to ourselves, each other and the world.
Ink cannot be passive. It has a heart and soul and reflects each and every emotion of our being. Through ink we see our past, present and our futures. Because ink is not neutral; it can never be innocent.

Handwriting Therapy For The Heart
According to Bennethan, "The connection between a person's handwriting and the brain is direct. The process starts from the thought, goes to words, then action, followed by habit to display character." She continues, "The connection holds even if the foot or the mouth is used for writing. The shape of the letters is similar to one another."
Graphology is used to analyse specific character traits in an individual. It is routinely used by employers in the US and by Astrologers worldwide, especially in the east, in determining compatibility between individuals. Bennethan points out, "Individuals may each have good and bad character traits because they are human being with frailties. My job as a graphologist is to alleviate areas in character, which may lead to incompatibility between the couple. Let me clarify this is not to say that the individual is bad or good. Sometimes a husband or wife may have individual tendencies, which could lead to disharmony and discord in a marriage. This is where graphology comes into play and with problem counselling and recommendations in changing handwriting formation further problems can be alleviated thereby allowing for marital harmony." She believes, "Before we can find wisdom we have to know our inner soul and that is revealed through handwriting analysis."
Graphology For Women V/S Men
Bennethan relates the following anecdote from a previous article which was originally to go in a woman's page of a publication but ended up on the youth page, "The funny part was, not many women seemed to be inspired but a lot of men came to have their handwritings analysed after the article appeared," she laughs and observes, "I think men don't vocalize their concerns as much as woman do if there is something wrong in their relationships. Men tend to internalise while women want to discuss the problems with their mate, with each other, with their families."
 According to Bennethan the earlier a couple begins therapy the more successful they are. "Graphology is not geo-centric. Meaning if individuals hail from various backgrounds it wouldn't affect the type formation of character or their individual personalities. There are many distinctions one must look at when conducting an analysis."
"First is the muscular, the movements involved in writing are controlled by the central nervous system. The specific writing organ is irrelevant if it functions normally and is sufficiently adapted to its function," she says.
The second is, "The written strokes which reflect changes in the central nervous system such as Parkinson's disease, or alcohol usage. The emotion, mental state, and biomechanical factors such as muscle stiffness and elasticity are reflected in a person's handwriting."
