My child (boy) is 3 years old and he is living in my wife's house with her parents. He is going to school. My wife is working and earning around ten thousand per month. She had applied for interim maintenance for her and child (six thousand each). I want to take the custody (Physical & Legal) of the child. Is it possible for me get the custody at this stage and whether I have to pay my wife as well? I am earning around thirty five thousand. Also she is training the child against me.
