I was married two months before in Andhra Pradesh and now I am going to Canada as my spouse is pursuing his studies there, I want to know: Can I apply for a divorce now and if not what is minimum duration to apply for a divorce? Can I apply divorce from Canada or should I apply from India - Andhra Pradesh?
