I have been married for past two years. 6 months back my wife left me without my consent and has been residing in her relative's house. They are quite intruding and I am also worried about her pregnancy, which is due in this month. My father is suffering from Cancer and my wife is aware about the same. He has undergone two surgeries but still my wife is not returning back. I cannot depart from my parents under any circumstances. I want to get separated from my wife. Kindly advise on what grounds I can get a divorce from her.
