The Indian courts do not recognize divorces passed in the US courts. If you would try to marry someone from India and for that purpose would travel to India, it is likely that your ex-spouse may take action against you for bigamy.

Once you get your H-1B visa, your wife can apply for a dependant H-4 visa. She will have to show her relationship with you, particularly show that the marriage is bonafide. You both have to stay as husband and wife. She will also be required to show that your H-1B visa is bonafide.
