I live in North California, and I live in an apartment, which faces West and my sleeping position faces South. I would like to know: Will I get married to a man I have loved for 3 yrs and when will it happen?

You should wait up to May 2008 as the things will be clearer in this period which will help you take a better decision. For early marriage occupy the Northwest corner of your house for some time. While sleeping, your head should be in the South direction.
