Do you consult each other before taking any important financial decisions?
Yes, whatever decisions that relate, directly or indirectly to both of us are taken by us together. I think it's very important to talk about financial decisions as they directly affect your future.
Who manages the finances?
Like any other household, my wife manages the domestic and household expenses and I take care of the investments. However, I do consult her before making any major investment.
Do you hold individual or joint bank accounts?

Have you planned for the future? How?
Being a non-Mumbai guy my prime requisite was to purchase a house, which by God's grace I've already bought. So, that is one of the major investments that I've made as of now. I have also invested in shares and I keep a constant track of the market happenings and share prices.
I also have invested in LIC and in mutual funds.
Have you ever fought over money?
We have small fights and arguments specially when Meenal wants to purchase jewellery as she is very fond of jewellery. Besides we are mature enough not to have money as a cause of dispute between us.
Manish is an ERP consultant and Meenal is a homemaker.
