Yes, we very much do. Even for small things like daily expenses, we consult each other.
Who manages the finances?
It's a shared responsibility. We jointly manage the finances.
Do you hold individual or joint bank accounts?
Most of our accounts are joint accounts.
Have you planned for the future? How?
Yes, we have. We discuss our future on a regular basis and take joint decisions. Till now, we have mostly invested in insurance and pension plans.
Have you ever fought over money?
Well, as I said before, we discuss even the smallest of financial decisions. And sometimes during discussions, we have small arguments. But we always manage to reach a decision which is acceptable to both of us. We have never had a major argument or a fight regarding our finances.
Sanjay is a Senior Executive while Bhavi is a housewife.
