Better known as Inspector Salim of the Aamir Khan starrer Sarfarosh, nobody would guess that the fierce looking Mukesh Rishi is quite a homebody. Family and home mean much to him.
Mukesh hails from Kashmir and spent his formative years in Chandigarh. He also spent some time in Mumbai before spending a long 7 years away from his birth country - in Fiji, New Zealand with his wife. The yearning for home drew him back, into the film industry and he has never looked back.
