Dear Shabana,
Here are some easy and fast chicken recipes for you:

Chicken cutlets

Ingredients
Chicken cutlets 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about - 400 gms)
Salt and pepper powder to taste
Mustard paste to taste
1 tsp herb (mixed)
1/2 tsp - chilli flakes
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup flour
1 egg white
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Lemon wedges for serving

Method
Using a meat pounder or rolling pin, pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness.
Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Season cutlets with salt, pepper, oil, mustard paste herbs, chilli flakes, set aside.
Spread bread crumbs and flour on separate plates.
Beat egg white with 1 tablespoon oil in third plate.
Dredge cutlets, one at a time, in flour, shaking off excess.
Dip in egg mixture, allowing excess to drip back into the plate.
Dip in bread crumbs, pressing crumbs with fingers to form even coat.
Place breaded cutlets on a wire rack set over baking sheet and allow coating to dry about 5 minutes.
Heat remaining oil in medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking, for about 2 minutes.
Cook until deep golden brown and turn cutlets, reduce heat to medium and continue to cook until golden brown and crisp, for about 3 minutes.
Drain on kitchen paper / tissues and serve hot with sauces of your choice.

Crumb fried chicken and chips

Ingredients
Crumb fried chicken and chips 1 cup curd
2 tbsp hot sauce / red chilli / green chilli.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
1 teaspoon paprika flakes
2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
In a medium bowl, mix the curds and hot pepper sauce. Place chicken in the mixture to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a separate medium bowl, mix dry bread crumbs, flour, cornstarch, sugar, garlic salt, salt, pepper, paprika. Thoroughly coat the chicken in the bread crumb mixture.
Heat the olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat, and cook chicken for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
Transfer chicken to a medium baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear.
Serve hot with bread rolls and finger chips and proprietary sauces.
