Tip tip barsa paani...
[ Stuffed potato bhajiyas ]
Ingredients
Potatoes sliced[peeled] - 2 medium sized
For the filling
Grated cheese - 1/4 cup
Boiled mashed potato - 1 cup
Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
Chopped mint - 1 tbsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
For the batter Besan - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Prepare the potato, peel, slice them into ½ inch thickness par boil and keep aside.
- Mix the ingredients for the filling, and stuff in between 2 slices of potato.
- Coat with the besan batter and deep fry until well fried and golden browned.
- Remove, drain excess oil and serve hot with chutney.

[ Fish-n-shrimp fritters ]
Ingredients
Boneless fish - 250 gms
Cleaned shrimps - 200 gms
Chopped garlic - 1tsp
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
Chopped dill leaves - 1 tsp
Egg - 1 no
Flour - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Oil for frying - as required
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Method:
- In a food processor combine all the ingredients together and grind to a coarse paste.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture in hot oil, and fry until golden browned and crisp.
- Drain excess oil and serve hot with chili garlic and hot sauce.
