Walk - The permanent impression

The Right Way To Walk:
Walking is with the feet, legs and the body.
Step 1 : Appreciate your body. See yourself from head to toe and feel proud of
your body.
Step 2 : Understand your body - tall, short, fat, thin, fair, dark etc.
Step 3 : See yourself in the full-length mirror - postures and movements.
Step 4 : Relax, be physically clean.
Step 5 : Dress well - feel comfortable whatever you wear.
Step 6 : Listen to any kind of music that you like - make it a regular habit
(This will imbibe and enhance your body rhythm)
Step 7 : Follow the diagram as given below:

Major Errors in walking are basically of two types:
Type 1: The toes falling outside i.e., to extreme right and extreme left, as indicated in the diagram (Wrong).
To correct the above error, walk with the toes facing each other totally flat footed.
Type 2: Toes of both feet coming to the centre while the heels are on the extreme right and left.
To correct the above error, walk with the heels facing each other totally flat footed.
The other errors are - crossed leg walking, i.e., one feet coming in front of the other.
To correct any error, walk on either side of the line, almost touching the line with the toes as shown in the centre diagram. Always walk placing the heel first.
Practise the right method for 10 minutes of your lifetime.
The mirror will reflect the individual's grace, style and poise. Be erect with a firm body. The most important thing is to enjoy your walk.
The right kind of walk produces a convincing impression and oozes warmth and compatibility.
