Revitalize Your Water Chakra This Monsoon

The marvel that is flowing water
Now connect this knowledge to water and the monsoon, since water governs the chakra. If you could find time to enjoy the monsoon downpour, by standing (or dancing or walking) in the rain (flowing water), you'd automatically be doing your body a favor! After all, flowing water is far more powerful than standing water (as in a tub). Besides, you benefit without the bother of feeling that you're wasting water.
You will undoubtedly experience a return or revitalized flow of energy around your pelvic region, plus bond better with your partner. Bet you never imagined the monsoon could do that for you?
If you decide to take the plunge during the next downpour, do remember to:
- Limit the time you spend in the rain, as you don't want to catch a cold!
- Dry yourself thoroughly when you're through.
- There is no benefit in wading through water, so restrict your caper to a rooftop where you're only exposed to water falling from above! If your partner joins you, a terrace may also offer you some privacy...
- Skip the first few rains, as these usually wash down the atmosphere.
