You can try crushing 2 tabs of aspirin in your shampoo and using it.
Dandruff Dilemma

I had very long and healthy hair but 2years back I don't know why my hair started falling. Believe me it was abnormal because of which I opted for short hair but then dandruff occurred and hair fall is still there along with dandruff, dry scalp, dry hair with absolutely no life. Shampoo more frequently with a good antidandruff shampoo containing anti-fungal like zinc sulphate and take oral supplements of omega 3 fatty acids and include flaxseed in your diet.
Dry Lifeless Hair

You can use Segals Shampoo for Dry and Damaged hair, which is really good. Or you could use Mayonnaise as hair mask, keep it covered with shower cap for 30 minutes and rinse it off. Also take a good hair supplement for 4 months.

I visited a doctor and he recommended Mintop 5% solution and some tabs. I stopped using Mintop and a few years later I turned bald and now again I started using that medicine - but I can't do this continuously. Now please tell me if Mintop 5% solution and tablets are useful and do they have any impact on our sexual life?

Mintop does not have any side effects on the sexual functions but oral finasteride is known to give rise to sexual dysfunctions in 2% users.
Shampoo v/s Soap

I am suffering from male pattern baldness. I got dandruff from sharing hats with one of my friends. I somehow got rid of it by using many shampoos. Since the last couple of years I have started losing hair and it becomes very oily even though I wash it with normal soap everyday. I do not drink but smoke sometimes. Have also tried controlling my stress levels but nothing seems to work. Please help.

Please use a good shampoo and not soap, as they are not made for hair. It is advisable to see a trichologist as the hair loss could be due to many reasons. If your hair loss does not resolve in 6 months time or you see thinning hair you must seek a professional help.
