I think your body is used to 30 minutes workout I think you need to increase the duration to 45 minutes just to break the plateau. Also increase the intensity of your workout slightly.

Don't skip meals; you will put on weight on the contrary if you do that. I think you need to increase the duration of the morning walks and to increase the intensity of those walks you need to walk a bit faster.

You need to do some kind of resistance exercises like push ups, sit ups, crunches, lunges etc. and walks for a duration of 30 - 40 minutes and keep a check on your eating habits.
