Had an abortion...

My girlfriend had an abortion, since then her stomach seems to look very big. What could be the reason and how can she reduce the size of her stomach?
Dear Abc,
We would like to know when your girlfriend had an abortion. So that we know whether her problem is temporarily related to abortion. And if so we would like to know how many weeks the baby was, when she underwent the abortion. Then we can tell you whether it is due to the baby having developed, if that’s the case, then her uterus will gradually come back to normal. Or is her problem not related to abortion at all? So let us know when she underwent the abortion, how many weeks the baby had developed, and how many inches her stomach has enlarged. Then we can suggest the appropriate remedy.
She should start wearing corsettes (an imported one). So that it tightens and tones her abdomen muscles. Once we get to know her age, the diet she follows and her medical history, whether she’s been taking any hormonal supplements, then we can prescribe an exact and personalized nutrition programme. For the time being she can try out this exercise, lie down on her back and raise her legs over her head as much as possible but do not touch the ground.
Face looks heavy and round...

We would like to know whether it is due to water retention i.e. if you put your finger on your face, does it give a depression? Do you feel puffiness when you get up in the morning? If you feel so then please go for a thyroid test, please let us know your hemoglobin level. Secondly, let us know if your parents or your siblings have a similar face.
