Resistance training

If you want to lose weight you need to do some kind of resistance training like push ups, squats, lunges, crunches etc. and do at least 3 days a week of brisk walking with healthy dietary pattern.
Increase exercise intensity

Dear Subha,
I think you need to look at the intensity that you are working out with. You just need to increase the intensity. And you need to have a high protein and moderate carbohydrate diet.
High protein diet

You need to do resistance training exercises like push ups, squats, lunges, crunches etc. along with that you need to do some kind of cardiovascular activities. With that you need to modify your diet with a high protein and moderate carbohydrate diet.
Abdominal exercise

Dear Ashwini,
You need to do a lot of abdominal exercise and back extension exercises to alleviate this problem. Try and sit upright with your back flat whenever possible.
Brisk walk

Dear Vinod,
It's a good thing that she follows vegetarian diet, as it is low in fat. To loose weight she needs to brisk walk for at least 3 days a week for 40 minutes duration.
