Modern science believes that the cause of degeneration, decay and premature aging is accumulation of toxins in our body. Toxins ar e a result of our living style, environment and emotional patterns. With the kind of food we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink and our emotional pressures, certain hormones are secreted that have a tendency to leave behind toxins.
With the accumulation of toxins taking place all the time, it is necessary to find a way to rid the body of these toxins and restore the cells to their normal functioning. Or else this can result in various health disorders like hypertension, arthritis, diabetes, immunity disorders, strokes and heart ailments.

Hence, deep breathing is very important for strengthening the immune system, improves blood circulation and also helps to calm the mind.
Skin care
Once the skin has been detoxified, it's ready for better absorption of any skin product. Application of a rich moisturising cream will then help the skin to feel and look good.
Detoxifying treatments should be taken as a course and then followed with the use of home products. A daily ritual of skin cleansing, toning and moisturising helps the skin to rejuvenate.
Detoxifying tips
- Avoid processed foods. Eat more of vegetables and fruits.
- Avoid high toxic intake - alcohol, coffee, tea, and cigarettes.
- Drink 3 to 4 litres of water every day.
- 8 hours of sleep is a must.
- Regular exercise to burn off calories, and to stimulate lymphatic system.
- Toxic areas of the body are often cold due to poor blood circulation.
- Exfoliate skin regularly allowing natural secretion of toxins. Exfoliation will change dull looking skin to a glowing skin.
- Avoid going out in sunlight and direct exposure to pollution.
