Maharani Jewellery At The Taj

Maharani Jewellery, a brand known for its unique designs and exquisite craftsmanship, had a spectacular fashion show at the Taj Hotel in Mumbai, Aug 2007.
The evening was kick started with great pomp and style as Renuka Chowdhary, Union Minister for Women and Child Development, lighted the lamp.
Top models Carol Gracious, Fluer Xavier, Nina Manuel, Jesse Randhawa and actress Arti Chhabria set the stage on fire as they flaunted breath-taking jewellery from the latest collection of Maharani jewellery. Famous food critic and writer Rashmi Uday Singh, socialite Esther Daswani and Fashion Designer Nisha Jamwal were the other dignitaries who also walked the ramp.

The Jewellery showcased that evening featured intricately crafted necklaces, bracelets and earrings entwined in rubies, emeralds and other precious stones in a traditional set with diamonds, which according to Neena Agarwal, proprietor of Maharani Jewellery, is the signature style of Maharani Jewellery.
Recently, 'Maharani' was in the news when famous British actress Liz Hurley Nayyar picked up a pearl and diamond set from their showroom. She later on wore the same set for her post-wedding celebrations.
