Dear Hania Khan,
Please use the science of Mirror concept. For one month see yourself in the mirror - your front, left, right profile. Appreciate your body and dress well. See your expressions. Next, write down your thoughts and feelings every night at least for 15 days. Apart from this, try and think and identify the reasons as to why suddenly you have changed.

You are not likely to believe me. But positive thoughts and feelings create wonders. One has to consciously force oneself to think positive. Please try and try. That apart, anger management happens after we have got angry i.e. analyze why you got angry. Gradually, anger reduces. Also please involve yourself in activities that you enjoy - indulge in hobbies.
Relationships Are Need Based

As you say you love unconditionally, then why do you want returns? Let us understand that all relationships are need based and cannot be categorized as selfishness. Since you are sensitive, accept and derive joy from giving. Yes, we are likely to feel hurt but be happy that people need you. You have accepted that you are short tempered, so this is the beginning of controlling your temper. Analyze the incidents. You will notice gradual improvement.
Be Witty While Talking

Being talkative is not bad. I am very talkative. But, yes we must be relevant and also how we talk and to whom. Simply be observant, give space to self and others. We also need to be witty when we talk, then people accept us.
