Here comes the most-spoken about wedding of the year. Going against the idea of Big Fat Punjabi weddings, B-town's model-turned-actress and former Miss India Gul Panag (32) finally tied the knot with the man of her dreams and her schooltime love Gurshwinder Singh Attari aka Rishi on March 13, 2011. The marriage was solemnized in a gurdwara in Chandigarh and was a personal affair limited to close family members and friends. The couple actually sported glares during the ceremony to beat the heat. Also, the age-old notion that Bollywood actresses shy away from marriage seems to be fading away, as Gul looked totally bindaas on this special day. 
 

Gul looked stunningly beautiful in a pink lehenga, designed by fashion designer J.J Vallya, while Rishi on the other hand was dressed in a fabulous traditional sherwani for the wedding. For those of you curious to know about Rishi, let us tell you that he's a commercial pilot with Jet Airways and belongs to the family of Sham Singh Attariwala — a general of the Sikh Empire popular for his last stand at the Battle of Sobraon of 1846.
