Tarzan met his one true-love, Jane Porter, in the wilds of Africa and won her over to his world with the simplest of opening lines: ''Me Tarzan, You Jane!''
The Native Americans had Pocahontas' poignant love story to inspire us about love happening under strained circumstances even: Pocahontas, as a young girl of 12 meets and saves John Smith, 28, an intrepid English solider-adventurer from being clubbed to death in her father's (a Red-Indian chieftain) village.
And the Greeks tell us about Acontius and Cydippe's Jab We Met moment, which though thousands of years old, is still relevant today as it depicts how a quick-wit effectively balances out any attributes needed for winning hearts. So, we have the young man from Chios setting his sights on a lovely maiden at the festival of Delos and promptly falling in love with her. Thereafter, he throws a coin at her; she picks it up and unwittingly reads aloud the words inscribed on it, "I swear by the temple of Artemis that I shall marry Acontius..." and is thus obligated on their first meeting to marry him!!
However, our Celebrities live in modern times. So their romantic dalliances too, have contemporary circumstances. These believable yet unusual 'Jab We Met ' locales, are as unique as their love stories!!
