Sweet nothings
I love food, especially junk foods like chaat, butter chicken, tandoori chicken and can't live without them. Italian dishes are my favourite. I prefer spicy food. Since I am not keen on sweets, I don't like food which have sweet flavours, for eg, Gujarati dishes.I have never taken up dieting seriously but when I'm doing heavy exercises I take proper care to eat well or else I will pass out of fatigue! I avoid oily food, go for an early dinner and have 3-4 litres of water everyday.
Kitchen fundas
Originally I am from Bhopal. For the last 6 years I have been staying in Mumbai. But I still miss my home food. At home we make a variety of non- veg dishes like kebabs . I love mutton and prawn. Now I have a Nepalese cook at home who stays with me. So whenever I get a break from work I visit my home. I go there in every 2-3 months or else I start missing home badly.
Sometimes I even assist my cook in the kitchen. I do not cook regularly. But when my cook takes a break I cook for my own survival. I don't feel like eating out everyday. Though I can't boast of my cooking skills, I can make anda bhujia , dal , rice and omelette. I love the food at Urban Tadka, China Garden, Dhaba.

Fitness freak
Fitness is a very important part of my life. My career also demands it so I can't afford to neglect it. I love playing squash, tennis and soccer. I'm mad about soccer. Though I don't play cricket I follow the one-day matches. I try not to miss the India vs Pakistan matches. But the test matches are a bit boring. Everyday I go to the Jogger's Park for a 40 minutes walk and take a steam bath after that. I also spend an hour in the gym regualarly doing light weight exercises and cardio with Pranayam . Every night after dinner I go for a walk around my building.
Date-a-matics
My dream date would be Beyonce, J Lo and Sushmita Sen. I would love to go to Locarno in Switzerland. It's a lovely place and perfect for a romantic lake side walk and a candle light dinner.
Diet check
Morning: 1 glass of milk with banana shake, 7-8 egg whites, Protein shake
Lunch: Dal, sabzi and 4 rotis
Evening: Apples and banana
Dinner: Non-veg dish with plain rice or biryani. I avoid roti at night.
