a die-hard fitness freak.
- My exercise routine…
I have a gym at home, so I follow a five day cycling programme. One day it's biceps, the second day legs and shoulders, then my thighs and finally my calves. I also play squash whenever I get time.
- I am fond of...
all kinds of junk food, which I eat may be once in ten days.
- I avoid eating…
bread, rice, cheese, deep fried food and desserts.
- My eating schedule…
starts in the morning with a glass of protein shake. After gyming I have a bowl of muesli with or without milk and two egg whites. For lunch, I eat chicken, dal and subzi and in between if I feel hungry I eat fruits and have another glass of protein shake. My dinner consists of veggies and a piece of chicken.
- Fitness to me…
is like my love. It makes me feel good and confident.

Fitness tips…
One must get a good trainer who has good knowldege about what your body needs and who knows how to get exercises done from you. Lastly, I would say what matters is what you eat and not how much you eat. Also, it's important to schedule your eating habits.
