Love for love's sake
My first crush happened when I was in school... I must have been 13 or 14. I was in a boys' school so there was no chance of anything happening there, but I used to go for tuition classes where there was a mix of boys and girls. When I look back I don't think that the girl I fell for was my kind of a girl. The whole idea of falling in love was more fascinating than love itself!
Single and waiting
I have had my fair share of meeting people, going out with someone, spending time with her... but I haven't actually fallen in love with anyone to want to spend my whole life with that person. I am definitely looking and waiting for the right person to come in my life.
Marriage and monogamy
I have full faith in the institution of marriage... I also believe in monogamy. A marriage is a bonding. It may be that the mangalsutra or the ring is made by man but the institution of marriage is surely God-made.
My kind of a girl
I may come out as a biased and closed person as I answer this, but this is who I am and am not ashamed to say this. I think that the person should be career minded, confident and a good human being. Someone who is very God-fearing, whose focus is on God because that's the way I am. I would like to spend my life with someone who is God- centred more than anything else.
Good looks are a bonus! I will of course not marry someone who I do not find attractive, but it is surely not the only criteria. I look beyond superficial beauty.
One-woman man
It is very simple to deal with fatal attraction and temptation that is a part and parcel of such a profession if you are clear in your mind that you are here to work. It is about setting your personal standards. If my base standards don't permit me to go and sleep around with ten people then there is no way I will mess around in my life.
I base my life around a Christian principle that you don't mess around and you marry one person. I believe in fidelity, I believe in marrying the person I have a relationship with. I believe that once I marry a person that's the person I shall spend the rest of my life with. I have based my life on this principle and a new girl every Sunday evening is not going to happen in my life.
Date mate
A quiet dinner at a place, which is not too noisy or crowded... get to know the person better, that's all!
