Kunal Kapoor high with World Cup fever

You didn't get success after Meenaxi. RDB was a multi starrer and so is Hattrick. Are you afraid to play the lead in a film?
I do not work for stardom. I'm happy with my work. I don't want to go gung ho with one Kunal Kapoor movie and then disappoint everyone. I like multi-starred films because there's so much to learn from others. You see in RDB, Siddhartha was the centre point though Aamir was there. I would say that it takes all the courage and conviction like one Aamir Khan to let Siddhartha be the voice of the group. In RDB everyone was noticed and that's the challenge of being a good actor.
Do you have any dream roles in your mind?
There are no dream roles as such. I take life as and when it comes. I want to do interesting roles in good movies and I promise to put in my best.
Your favourite co-stars?
I am very lucky to have worked with some of the veteran actors like Aamir, Tabu, Naseerji, Paresh Rawal, Nana Patekar. And I have learnt a lot from each of them. In one of my forthcoming films I'm looking forward to work with Madhuri. I had been a die-hard Madhuri fan and now the idea of working with her is exciting and a bit unnerving as well.
What do you do when you are not acting?
Other than acting I like writing. Though I'm not a blogger, a pen and a paper is enough for me to scribble my thoughts. I also love to read and listen to music. Though I'm a very bad singer I'm desperately trying to score brownies in this field too.
What does it take to be the heartthrob of girls?
(Laughs out loud) My eyes and my smile. I quite like it when I get all the attention from the women fans and it makes me smile wider...
